The PH Delivery App is a workforce app for authorized Pine Hill MFG delivery drivers. Drivers use the app to log in, start a shift, view assigned deliveries, navigate to customers, capture customer signatures and proof-of-delivery photos, and mark deliveries as complete or record a skip reason.

When the PH Delivery App is used, we may collect information necessary to operate and manage deliveries, including:

• Driver account and login information
• Delivery assignments
• Delivery status updates
• Proof-of-delivery photos
• Customer signatures
• Skip reasons and related delivery notes
• Device and app activity information
• GPS location data during an active shift

e. Live Route Tracking During Active Shifts

Once a driver taps “Start Shift,” the PH Delivery App sends the device’s GPS coordinates to Pine Hill dispatch every 30 seconds. This continues during the active shift, including while the device screen is locked or the app is backgrounded between deliveries.

We collect this location information so dispatch can:

• Monitor route progress
• Confirm delivery timing
• Respond to customer delivery disputes
• Re-route drivers if delays occur
• Maintain visibility into active delivery operations

Tracking automatically stops as soon as the driver ends the shift by tapping “End Shift.”

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

• To respond to inquiries and provide customer service
• To provide products, services, and delivery-related support
• To manage business relationships and communications
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website
• To monitor website traffic and usage trends
